Arabian Horse Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of live animal sales, we do not accept returns or exchanges on purchased arabian horses. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns.
Health Guarantee: Each horse is sold in excellent condition and is thoroughly vetted before transport. If a health issue arises within the agreed-upon timeframe (as specified in the purchase agreement), please notify us immediately.
Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits made to secure a horse are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Cancellations: In cases of cancellation after the purchase agreement, refunds may be subject to terms outlined in the agreement.
