Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of live animal sales, we do not accept returns or exchanges on purchased horses. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns.
Health Guarantee: Each horse is sold in excellent condition and is thoroughly vetted before transport. If a health issue arises within the agreed-upon timeframe (as specified in the purchase agreement), please notify us immediately.
